A few days ago, Google introduced the two new products Pixel 6a and Pixel Buds Pro announced, which will be the first devices of the new generations to come onto the market. Both should be available by the end of July, but not around the world, nor in full depth. Now it has become known in which countries the budget smartphone and the premium headphones will be available.
The Pixel brand will continue to grow and add many new products, although the first few months will be leisurely. First of all, with the Pixel 6a and the Pixel Buds Pro, a new generation or offshoot of an existing product will be launched, before the expansion of the Pixel portfolio will begin in autumn 2022 and spring 2023. But the broader lineup doesn’t mean the brand’s devices will be available everywhere.
Yesterday we showed you the available Pixel Buds Pro colors and now there are lists of countries where the headphones and the budget smartphone are sold, coming from the national Google Stores. As a German Google fan, there’s no need to worry as both will be available for pre-order from July 21st and for purchase from July 28th, presumably from those dates also at the other major retailers.
If you live in Austria or Switzerland, you have to look for other ways to get hold of the two new products. Google won’t be releasing them, and that’s unlikely to change over the product cycle. Of course, thanks to the German availability, there are ways and means, but it’s still a shame that the two DACH countries are neglected by Google again and again.
