Following reports of a bug in the Switch Online version of Kirby 64: Crystal Shards that prevented the game from functioning properly, Nintendo has confirmed that a patch to fix the issue will arrive “early next week.”
Kirby 64 was launched last week as part of the Classic Collection for the Nintendo Switch Online+ expansion, and players quickly discovered and started reporting a bug in the underwater level that didn’t appear in the 2000 original.
In response to these reports, Nintendo has now confirmed that a fix is in the works: A bug has been discovered in Kirby 64: Crystal Shards Nintendo N64 – Nintendo Switch Online that prevents players from continuing the game under certain conditions.
