If you are passionate about the now popular Ubisoft series, you will surely have heard of the persistent rumors regarding the next-gen upgrade of Assassin’s Creed Origins, thanks to which the title should take advantage of the hardware of PS5 and Xbox Series X | S. Pending an official announcement, the French company has published a mysterious post.
In the message published on the official Twitter profile of Assassin’s Creed, we see the protagonist of Origins, Bayek, in an animated gif in which he holds a large feather. Accompanying the multimedia file there is a cryptic message in which the players are informed that the wait is almost over.
It is unlikely that the wait is related exclusively to the arrival of Assassin’s Creed Origins in the Xbox Game Pass catalog and it is much more likely that the Ubisoft title is about to receive the much-desired upgrade for the latest generation console, so as to allow the lucky players in possession of PS5 and Xbox Series X | S to enjoy Bayek’s adventure with an improved graphics sector and a higher framerate.
For the uninitiated, Assassin’s Creed Origins is just one of the Ubisoft games coming to Xbox Game Pass in June 2022.
