Without even needing to include post-air streaming data, K-Pop band BTS set a new record for the service’s performance size during an Apple Music 1 Livestream. On Twitter on May 29, the official Apple Music Twitter account announced that BTS Corps broke the previous record.
BTS will also make two more appearances in this Apple Music 1 live series, an event aimed at promoting the group’s new album, which is due out on June 10. In addition to discussing the origins and style of the band with the audience in the first episode, there will be live performances of BTS’s repertoire, the world’s hottest K-pop group also introduces the music that inspired them, and the second episode will introduce A fan-favorite track.

“We wanted to use this radio show to celebrate nine years of BTS with you and our ARMYs around the world,” BTS’ the previous RM said in Apple’s announcement. “Every episode is dedicated to you.”
BTS tops Apple Music’s list of most-streamed songs of 2021, and their concert video is coming to Apple TV+. Now, the group is presenting a three-part special on Apple Music 1, with weekly episodes starting May 28, 2022, at 6:00 pm PT.
