Samsung has cut off the Galaxy S22 FE, and will no longer release the Fan Edition in the future

According to the latest reports, when Samsung launched the Galaxy S20 FE or Fan Edition in September 2020, representatives established a new brand. Samsung calls the Galaxy S20 FE a “flagship” device. The company also said that it will release a new FE model for the Galaxy S flagship every year.

However, in just the past two years, Samsung is ready to shelve the FE project. The source said that Samsung will not release the Galaxy S22 FE phone. And it is very likely that no FE models will be released in the future.

Perhaps it has proved difficult for Samsung to find the right place for the FE in its portfolio. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was supposed to be released last year, but it didn’t. Samsung launched the Galaxy S21 FE in January this year, a full year after the launch of the Galaxy S21 series.

And Samsung released the Galaxy S22 series a few weeks later, eclipsing the Galaxy S21 FE. As soon as the new flagship comes out, people will naturally not pay too much attention to the Galaxy S21 FE.

Multiple sources say the Samsung Galaxy S22 FE will be canceled. SamMobile research shows that the SM-S900 model number that was supposed to be the Galaxy S22 FE doesn’t exist.
