Bad news for users who at the beginning of this month welcomed the launch by Xiaomi of its new flagship model with great enthusiasm: we are talking about Xiaomi 12S Ultra. Bad news for those waiting for Xiaomi 12S Ultra

The popular leaker did not provide details on the motivation for this decision by the Chinese giant, leaving open the possibility that things could change in the future. We remind you that we are talking about a premium smartphone that can count on first-class equipment, such as not to fear comparisons with competing models.

Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, Xiaomi 12S Ultra is equipped with a 6.73-inch AMOLED LTPO E5 display with QHD + resolution (3,200 x 1,440 pixels), a maximum brightness of 1,500 nits, 360 ° ambient light sensor, refresh rate up to 120 Hz, support for the DCI-P3 range, Dolby Vision and HDR10 +.

As for the memory sector, users will have the possibility to choose between 8 GB and 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB and 512 GB of storage memory (UFS 3.1).

The strong point is represented by the rear camera, made in collaboration with Leica and equipped with a Sony IMX989 1-inch 50-megapixel primary sensor, supported by a 48-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor with macro functionality and a 48-megapixel periscopic optical zoom.

Other features of the device include 5G support, Harman Kardon’s symmetrical stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos support and a 4,860 mAh battery (with support for fast charging at 67 W, wireless at 50 W and reverse at 10 W), which will be able to rely on the Surge P1 chips (for the management of fast charging) and Surge G1 (for the optimization of consumption).
