Brin and Shanahan are now in divorce mediation, with Shanahan hoping for more than $1 billion in damages, and the two sides have yet to reach an agreement.

Brin and Shanahan were separated but still living together when the alleged affair happened in December, people familiar with the matter said. At a party earlier this year, Musk got down on one knee in front of Brin, apologizing for his mistakes and begging for forgiveness. Brin accepted Musk’s apology but remained reluctant to talk to Musk regularly.
And this morning, Musk responded to his Twitter response to the incident of “cuckolding Google founder Sergey”: This is total bullshit, Sergey is my friend, we had a party together last night, I’ve only seen Nicole twice in three years, and there are a lot of people around.
Regarding the scandal, Musk also sighed, saying that “I haven’t had sex for a long time.”
