Now ‘Archive’ becomes Hidden of Goggle photos

We all know the meaning and work of Archive in Google Photos. But now Google is trying to update the old version of the ability that lets you hide images and videos from the main feed to be much more obvious. So according to today’s Google photos updating for iOS to version 6.1 now, we will be able to call Archive to Hidden.

In short, we can find out the hidden folder in the library by the name of Hidden. Hidden photos will still show up in albums and search results. Well for the people who are easily not able to pronounce archives are now easily called Hidden files. So, in short, we can say that this will be a great update for the users.

Talking about the process You can easily find out “Hide” button after opening a photo and sliding up to the overflow menu. Meanwhile now shows a simple “Hide” button instead of “Move to Archive”. Not even this now the Library tab folder goes from “Archive” to “Hidden” with a new “slash through the eye” icon.

But after this, if you are expecting more changes in Google photos functionality, so we are really sorry because now there are no more changes by the way. We’re not seeing this Hidden change rolled out to any Android devices yet or the web client.

Meanwhile, the Info panel in the Android app now notes the on-device storage location of a picture down to the folder, as well as the size. The “Backed up” section now also appears on Android after iOS and the web.

So that was all about this article. I think it’s a great update for the less pronounciate people. But in the future, we are hoping for the extra changes in the user interface of google photos so that now we will be able to see a good-looking interface of the google photos platform.
