In the past week, you all know Apple released its new iPhones. The most attention-gaining feature of this phone is Dynamic Island, but this latest phone does not perform well with messaging. Apple mentions at Vox’s Code Conference, that the iPhone’s condition was not good on the RCS. After some months Google point out that the state of cross-platform messaging was a disastrous mess in the US.
Tell your friends and family that leave the blue and green group chats and switch to another third-party messaging platform. This problem may be US-centric, a lot of users are affected by this. If Apple is not convinced to use the RCS, then the user will tell their friends and family to install other messaging apps. RCS isn’t perfect but close to the iMessage for Android which users want to use for a very long time. Otherwise, users stuck with the same issues and dealt with for a decade: broken group chats and a lack of modern messaging features. Without some kind of forceful intervention, be it on the part of the government or carriers, Apple will not add RCS support to iMessage in the foreseeable future.
RCS needs to adopt by Apple for future existence. If it’s not, then users may be lack using a modern feature of messaging.
