Google Home app modifying TV, Fan, vacuum, and other controls

Google Home app is making home smart in a very impressive way. Now it is redesigning controls for popular smart home devices. Last month Google announced its plans to redesign the control for smart devices then some devices start to show. On Reddit, a person noticed that their non-Android/Google TV device now has a pill-shaped on/off button. This put back the previous circle with an accented color background.

This design enables better utilization of the screen, which is more liked by users. But the name of the devices is displayed in the left corner along with the x sign for close. This UI does not release at a large level.

As per the August 29 report, Google meant to offer to be easy to operate controls like if the assistant says clean the fans, air purifiers, vacuum cleaners, blinds, TVs, and other popular devices would get an advantage. The company says that if you once select the device then you will get back to the Home Feed. They didn’t clarify some things like whether this change for attraction or this is improvement. In this update, no Cameras are mentioned. This change benefits all other products like Chromecast or is just limited to the Google Home Devices.

The redesigning of controls of Google Home is a release with version 2.57, this is now available on iOS but still time for Android. This updating is offered by the server side so users can’t know more updates.

You can see the UI updates to Google Home introduced interactive device toggles in the main grid. Now you can fast access like play/pause, volume, on/off, and brightness by simply tapping or sliding. The change is placed in the Home Feed tab which modifies with a shrink list and shows recent and relevant updates. This new redesign for tablet control still has time.
