Recently Blizzard launched Overwatch 2 and within a few days of its launch a bug called auto-purchase appeared in the game but now Blizzard has fixed this bug. But so far Blizzard will not issue a refund.
An Overwant 2 player on Reddit revealed that the game unlocked Junker Queen’s plutonium skin while he was chatting with his friends and browsing the Hero Gallery.

Since they were chatting and typing at the time, they could not cancel the purchase until the transaction was completed. The person sharing this post reported that it was a bug where text entered in the chat channel was mistakenly mistaken as a navigation menu by the game system, and Blizzard has confirmed this as the issue has been fixed.
Despite knowing the problem, Blizzard has refused a refund and stated that ‘all of these unlocks are meant to be final, if you think there’s something wrong with this game that caused a purchase, please provide feedback via our forums.’
