Google has recently announced the new icons of its Google Messages icon for Android and now according to the information, it is now available on the web with an animated splash screen.
It is currently available once you opted to “Remember this computer,” with the animation appearing on future page reloads. The animation starts with a light blue circle that then expands into a messaging bubble.

Note that this icon is currently tested on the beta channel along with the Wear OS. Meanwhile, Google contacts also get new enhancements and the latest update is already listed on the Play Store.
Also, Google starts testing end-to-end encryption for the Google Messages group chats. A Reddit user shared an image and also stated that This is in a group chat with over 20 people and a mix between GMessages users and Samsung messages users.
