Pixel Buds Pro’s hardware and software feedback survey

Google launched the Pixel Buds Pro on 28 July 2022 with the features of wireless charging, Fast Pair, and Bluetooth multipoint. As compared to the previous version of the Pixel Buds Pro, the latest version brings more benefits to the company. Now, the company publishes a hardware and software survey of the Pixel Buds Pro.

For giving more satisfactory service to the user Google ask questions through email. They ask questions like how much you like Pixel Buds Pro and give ratings, from “Not at all satisfied” to “Extremely satisfied” on a five-point scale:

  • Transparency mode
  • Volume EQ (equalizer)
  • Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
  • Gestural Controls (ex. tap to pause/play, swipe to change volume)
  • Clarity of your voice on phone calls
  • Assistant (assistant is available/effective when I need it)
  • Multipoint connectivity (maintain 2 connections at the same time)
  • Pixel Buds Settings App
  • Audio Quality (how the buds sound to you)
  • Connectivity (buds stay connected to phone/laptop/tablet/etc.)

The hardware section asks about:

  • Stability (the buds stay in my ear(s))
  • Case (quality of the physical case)
  • Charging
  • Buds comfort (the buds feel in your ear(s))
  • The fit of the buds (the buds fit in my ears))
  • Battery Life
  • Buds (quality of physical buds)

They also ask about this Pixel Buds Pro compatible with their phone and how its audio performance. Google team recently include the ANC setting which controls from the System volume panel. In this, they also ask about the experience of using this Pixel Buds Pro so far. Some users are old or previous generations and some users are new so their user experiences are different.

Lastly, this survey helps the company to give satisfactory service to the user and users also resolve their issues as soon as possible if they are facing any.
