According to the TENAA information, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra uses a 6.8-inch 3088x1440p resolution OLED display and the front camera is 12MP. Talking about the rear side of the device, Galaxy S23 Ultra has four-camera, each with a 2-megapixel sensor (It should be 200MP), a 108Mp sensor, 12Mp+12Mp dual telephoto supports 10X optical zoom.
Samsung provides 8GB and 12GB RAM options while the 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with a built-in 5000mAh battery with 25W charging.
