YouTube video cards get rounded corners and Google Lens may get a new icon

In the last major UI update to YouTube, the full-width video cards were left untouched. But now that will change, as we can see in the new server experiment.

The video cards are now indented on the sides and have rounded corners, which looks more harmonious with the rest of the YouTube interface and appearance on tablets and PCs.

According to the latest report, Google Lens may get a new icon as Chrome shows off its new look. In the latest version of Chrome Canary on Android, Google has updated the Lens icon in the Omnibox.

The new iteration looks like a combination of the previous icon, which is still used in the individual app shortcut, and the current icon, which is used in Google Search, Pixel Launcher and stable Chrome.
