Cyberpunk 2077 Hotfix Changelog:

Path Tracing: Technology Preview

  • Added Ray Tracing with Path Tracing: Overdrive preset. Ray Tracing: Overdrive can be enabled via Settings > Graphics > Quick Presets, or Path Tracing individually directly via the Ray Tracing section in Settings > Graphics.
  • In addition, the team has provided an option for other graphics cards that support ray tracing and have more than 8GB of video memory to render path traced screenshots in photo mode. If your device meets the requirements but the option is greyed out, it means you need to lower the game’s resolution. Note that the higher the resolution, the less efficient the GPU and the longer it will take to take a screenshot (a few seconds to a few minutes). Path Tracing can be enabled for Photo Mode in the Ray Tracing section in Settings > Graphics.

DLAA

  • Added NVIDIA DLAA, an AI-based anti-aliasing mode designed to improve image quality. Enabling DLAA requires an NVIDIA RTX graphics card. This feature can be enabled in the NVIDIA DLSS section in Settings > Graphics.

Intel XeSS

  • Added support for Intel Xe Supersampling 1.1, a machine learning-based image upscaling technology designed to deliver better performance and high-quality images. This feature can be enabled in the Resolution Scale section in Settings > Graphics.

Benchmark Improvements

  • Benchmarks have been improved, and the results page will show more information, including PC configuration, GPU driver version, and selected settings.
