April 28/2023: According to the previous report, Samsung recently released the April 2023 security patch update for their smartphones. Previously, the South Korean tech giant released the current month’s patch update for Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S21 FE in India.
According to the latest report, now, another Galaxy device grabbed this opportunity. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 grabbed the latest April 2023 security patch update. This update only has bug fixes and security improvements. As per the official details, Samsung’s April 2023 security patch includes fixes 4 Critical, 46 High levels, and 1 Moderate CVE.
As per the details, the latest software update comes in Europe with the build number F916BXXU2JWD1.

How To Update:
- Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon.
- Swipe and then tap Software Update or System Updates. It will vary between models.
- Tap Download and Install, or Check for system updates. If an update is available it should begin downloading automatically, although you may need to tap Download now on some devices.
- When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
