Pixel Fold received FCC certification, check wallpapers and Pixel 8a may not come

As we all know that the time has come for the launch of Pixel 7A and Pixel Fold as Google announced the I/O 2023 date which is May 10. Although almost all the material and hardware details of Pixel 7a and Pixel Fold have been leaked, but today Pixel Fold has received FCC Certification.

The FCC listing states that the Pixel Fold will come with multiple 5G band support and also support Wi-Fi 6E. Also, the uploaded design schematics reveal the folding mechanism of the Pixel foldable smartphone. Recently, Evan Blass shared the Pixel Fold wallpapers.

Pixel 8A:

It looks like we may not see an A series like the Pixel 8a in the near future. Perhaps fans of Google’s budget mid-range devices from 2024 might have to look elsewhere. However, these are just rumors which are yet to be confirmed.

Pixel Fold Specs:

The Pixel Fold 256GB and 512GB variants are all set to come with UFS 3.1 storage and 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It will run the Tensor G2 chip with the Titan M2 security chip. Once it is folded Google’s first foldable phone dimensions will be 5.5 height x 3.1 width x 0.5 depth (inches). The outer display is expected to include a 17.4:9 aspect ratio at 5.8 inches. The resolution will be 2092×1080 OLED at 408ppi. The inner display is 7.6 inches, 6:5 aspect ratio, 2208×1840 OLED at 380ppi.
