Recently, Apple announced the iOS 17, this iOS version comes with interactive widgets. These widgets are accessible on the Home Screen, the new StandBy mode, and Lock Screen.
The company shows how can be these widgets going to be helpful like bringing marking a reminder as completed. Users also can play or pause songs or videos, and manage accessories in the Home app.
Previously, Home Screen widgets come with limited functionality, like in these widgets users can’t scroll, had no buttons, and animated transitions. This Home Screen widget only enabled users to present read-only detail, and clicking on a widget can open the app.

Currently, these iOS 17 interactive widgets are available on the iPad’s Home Screen and Lock Screen with iPadOS 17. These widgets are also accessible on Mac’s desktop with macOS Sonoma. This software is in beta and the coming weeks will release globally.
