Google brings new modifications to Google Play books like they are redesigning the icon. On the Android app, the icon is modified and a navigation rail is on tablets. In the icon of the app, the remaining triangle changes the out three points.
In the new Play Books icon design they take out the rectangular book and add a bookmark. The new get the refreshing dark blue color as the background and a light blue shade for the bookmark. You can see this design in the below image. Users can see this new icon in the Play Books version 2023.5.30.0.1 on Android.
There are more ways to find this new icon like on the Play Store listing and the play.google.com/books favicon. The company recently updated the Play Books app on the tablet by changing the bottom bar with the navigation rail.
Lastly, they don’t change the full-width search bar and the filter carousel remains the same on the Play Books app on the tablet.
