The implementation of these new guidelines will commence on August 31 for developers creating new Play Console developer accounts. During the initial months, Google plans to collect feedback from developers to refine the user experience before extending the changes to existing developers. Beginning in October, existing developers will also receive comprehensive instructions on how to update and verify their accounts.
