Google has recently commenced the rollout of Android 14 beta 4 to its eligible devices, and Samsung is expected to follow suit by releasing the One UI 6 beta update in the near future. As the company prepares for the forthcoming launch of its next lineup of Foldable devices on July 26th, reports indicate that the One UI 6 beta testing has been identified in Korea, as revealed by Twitter tipster Tarun Vats. The beta version carries the firmware designation S918NKSU2ZWG6/S918NOKR2ZWG6/S918NKSU2BWG6.
Earlier assessments highlighted notable improvements in the Galaxy S23 Plus’ Geekbench scores with the introduction of Android 14 (One UI 6). Under the new software, the S23 Plus achieved a single-core score of 2114 and a multi-core score of 5557.
Samsung launched the Galaxy S23 series earlier this year, featuring the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 skin. Recent reports indicate that the South Korean tech giant plans to commence the rollout of the highly anticipated One UI 6 update for the Galaxy S23 during the third week of July 2023.
