Google Messages introduces Chat pinning feature for enhanced user experience

In a bid to enhance user experience and offer a feature in line with other messenger apps, Google has rolled out an update for its Messages application. The latest update introduces the capability to pin important chats, allowing users to keep essential conversations at the top of their chat list, preventing automatic sliding down.

To utilize the pinning feature, users must select at least one message, prompting the appearance of a menu at the top of the screen, and offering the option to pin the selected chat. Up to five chats can be pinned, ensuring they remain fixed at the top of the chat list for easy access.

This move by Google demonstrates its dedication to enhancing the attractiveness of the Messages app, and they are even taking steps to enable platform communication with other applications, further expanding its capabilities.
