Apple MacBook Pro with the new M3 series has now been officially launched by the iPhone maker. The company announced the new laptops with its latest flagship processors called M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max.
In the new MacBook Pro lineup, Apple introduced two models 14-inch and a 16-inch model. The 14-inch model comes with M3 processors and the 16-inch model comes with M3 Max and M3 Pro processors. Let’s look at the new M3 MacBook Pro price in India, specifications, and availability.
Apple MacBook Pro with M3 SoC launched
According to the official information, the all-new Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch with M3 starts at Rs 1,69,900 and will be available for Rs 1,58,900 with education discount. The 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro and M3 Max starts at Rs 1,99,900 and will be available for Rs 1,84,900 with the education discount. The 16-inch models start at Rs 2,49,900.
Apple MacBook Pro Specifications
As per the specifications are concerned, the latest M3 MacBook Pro models comes with the M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max. Apple claims that these models can offer up to 22 hours of battery life on a single charge.
According to Apple, the new GPU comes with Dynamic Caching, hardware-accelerated mesh shading, and hardware-accelerated ray tracing (a first on MacBooks). Dynamic Caching ensures each task gets the exact amount of memory needed by using the local RAM in real-time. The hardware-accelerated mesh shading and ray tracing further improve the graphic rendering.
Apple claims that the M3 family of processors have 30% and 50% faster performance cores and efficiency cores respectively compared to the first generation M1 chips.
The M3 chipset has an 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU with up to 24GB of unified memory. On the other hand, the M3 Pro comes with a 12-core CPU and 18-core GPU with up to 36GB of unified memory. The M3 Max is a top-of-the-line processor with a 16-core CPU and 40-core GPU with up to 128GB of unified memory.
