Back in February, Samsung rolled out the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 software update and then the company released a new software update that brings some bug fixes and more. Now, this time, the Galaxy S20 device owners in Europe received the April 2022 security patch update.

The latest software update for the LTE variants of the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra bears firmware version G98xFXXSDFVC9. The 5G variants of the phones are getting the new update with firmware version G98xBXXSDFVC9.

Owners of the Galaxy S20 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.

Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you to download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
