How to find out the firmware version:
Go to “Settings – About device”
Look at the item “MIUI Version”
- “ MI ” stands for global version (V10.2.2.0.PFB MI XM)
- “ IN ” indicates Indian version (V10.3.12.0.PFH IN XM)
- “ EU ” stands for European version (V10.3.10.0.PFJ EU XM)
- “ RU ” stands for Russian version (V10.3.8.0.PFJ RU XM) – suitable for testing
Thus, if you have the “ MI ” version of the firmware installed, then after the approval of the application to the team of testers, you will receive a beta update of the “ MI ” version of the firmware. If you have the “ RU ” version installed, you will receive a beta update of the “ RU ” version accordingly. Etc.
Requirements for testers:
- Have a Xiaomi smartphone in use, after that, you can actively participate in testing the stable version, feedback and send your suggestions.
- On your smartphone, you must be authorized in the same Mi account from which you apply.
- It is necessary to understand that during testing it is important to make backups, in order to avoid unforeseen situations during testing (unsuccessful update, etc.)
- Tester’s age from 18 years.
