Surface Pro 7+ gets the first software update

Microsoft has pushed the first firmware update for the newly listed Surface Pro 7+. This update is applicable to Win10 May 2020 update and above. This update mainly fixes the screen refresh and USB -C interface problem.

The following is the update log:

  • HIDClass 160.146.4.0: fixed the screen refresh problem.
  • Monitor 6.12.139.0: fixed the adaptive brightness problem.
  • Firmware 10.24.139.0: Improve power and graphics performance, fix USB-C issues.
  • HIDClass 160.146.3.0: fixed the screen refresh problem.

Surface Pro 7+ was released on January 11, and the commercial version was released on January 19. Compared with the previous generation, Surface Pro 7+ is equipped with Intel’s 11th generation processor, can replace the SSD, the battery life has been increased to 15 hours, and the 4G LTE version is also available, with a starting price of 1018 USD.
