Android 11 based Funtouch OS 11 update rollout for Vivo V20 SE device in India

Vivo V20 SE is a quality device from the brand, featuring a massive 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage space and an on-screen optical fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the impressive triple camera setup on its rear side, teamed up with a 32MP front camera is capable of attracting a large number of buyers who are looking for a smartphone with great camera features.

Vivo V20 SE flaunts a 6.44-inch AMOLED display type having a pixel density of 409ppi and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The bezel-less display of the smartphone flaunts a waterdrop notch set up along with an aspect ratio of 20:9. Moreover, the calculated screen-to-body ratio of the device is 84.04%.

Let’s talk about the Android 11 update, the Vivo V20 SE smartphone users in India now receiving the latest Android 11 based FuntouchOS 11 update that offers a bunch of improvements over Android 10.

Talking about this update, the users of Vivo V20 SE can identify by the build number PD2038CF_EX_A_1.70.6 and the size package of this update is 3.59GB. As of now, it is not known if the update is being released under greyscale testing.

This update brings some new changes to include notification history, chat bubbles, and chat prioritization along with other Android 11 features. Vivo V20 was the first Vivo device to offer Android 11 out-of-the-box whereas Vivo V20 Pro 5G bagged the OS update back in December 2020.

That said, with Vivo V20 SE receiving the Android 11 update, all the three models in the Vivo V20 series now run the latest version of Android with Funtouch OS on top of it.

As per Vivo’s official schedule, the much older Vivo V17, Vivo V17 Pro, Vivo V15 Pro, and Vivo S1 will start getting the Android 11 update starting March.
