February 2021 patch update rolled out for Honor Play 8

Honor Play 8 smartphone was launched on 9th July 2019. The phone comes with a 5.71-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720×1520 pixels at a pixel density of 294 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Honor Play 8 is powered by a quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 (MT6761) processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM. The Honor Play 8 runs Android 9 Pie and is powered by a 3020mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Honor Play 8 on the rear packs a 13-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.2 aperture.

The February 2021 security patch includes 2 Critical, 26 High levels, and 77 Medium levels of CVE’s. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) system tracks publicly known security vulnerabilities and exposures in publicly released software packages.
