The trademark is classified as Class 9, with only a simple and clear description: “smartphone, tablet computer”.
The timing of the application for this trademark is a bit strange. After all, Galaxy Z Fold has been out for a while. Last year, Samsung has submitted an application “Galaxy Z”, and also submitted the name “Z Flip”, but they are only a “smartphone ” It’s a description.
