Apple pointed out that advertising networks can now measure the advertising effects of browsing websites after clicking on ads in apps and websites. This information can be used to understand which advertisements can bring conversions (such as purchases or registrations) while maintaining the privacy of users.

Starting from the beta version of iOS 14.6 and iPadOS 14.6, if the ad network uses SKAdNetwork 3.0, even if the ads it puts are not attributable, it may receive back information. Up to five ad networks that have not received App attribution will receive postback messages.
