Realme is now rolling out April 2021 security patch update in Europe for Realme 7 5G. The update fixes some known issues and improved stability. And it carries build number RMX2111EU_11_A.32.

Realme 7i smartphone was launched on 17th September 2020. The phone comes with a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels. Realme 7i is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Realme 7i runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Realme 7i supports proprietary fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 7i on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.1 aperture.
Earlier, Realme 7i getting the Realme UI 2.0 early access beta program for Indian users and now this time the beta users grabbed the latest April 2021 security patch update in India. This Android-based April 2021 security patch brings optimizes system performance and improves system stability.

As per the report, this software update comes with the build number RMX2103_11_C.04 and the size package of this update is around 452MB. You can check the complete changelog which is mentioned below.
