The Joy UI 12.5 update rolled out for the Black Shark 3

Black Shark 3 smartphone was launched on 3rd March 2020. The phone comes with a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels at a pixel density of 394 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Black Shark 3 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Black Shark 3 runs Android 10 and is powered by a 4720mAh non-removable battery. The Black Shark 3 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Black Shark 3 on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.25 aperture, and a 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 20-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Black Shark 3 runs Joy UI is based on Android 10 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The Black Shark 3 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Black Shark 3 measures 168.72 x 77.33 x 10.42mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 222.00 grams. It was launched in Armor Grey, Lightning Black, and Star Silver colors.

According to the latest report, Black Shark has announced that the Black Shark 3 series has now started the JOY UI 12.5 update and will be released in full at the end of the month, and some users can have a fresh experience.
