Screenshots of Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 11 operating system appeared on the Internet today. These images first appeared on the Chinese website Baidu Tieba. The operating system was identified as Windows 11 Pro in the screenshots. This is the first time the rumored naming has been confirmed. The image also shows the new Windows 11 user interface and start menu.
The UI changes looked very similar to those originally found in Windows 10X. Later, Microsoft cancelled the latter and merged it into Windows 11. The application icons are now arranged in the center of the taskbar. The taskbar contains a new start button and a rounded-corner start menu (but the window does not seem to be rounded). The start menu is a simplified version that currently exists in Windows 10. The Live Tiles block has been cancelled, but the pinned applications still exist.
Although Microsoft cancelled its Windows 10X operating system, the company apparently used most of the work in Windows 11. Windows 10X was originally designed for dual-screen devices, then switched to traditional laptops, and then was cancelled. Windows 10X includes some improvements and simplifications to Windows 10.

Microsoft has been hinting that it is ready to launch Windows 11. The software giant will hold a special Windows event on June 24 to reveal its next operating system. The event began at 11 am Eastern Time, and the invitation to the event included a window that created a shadow with an outline that looked like the number 11.
Over the past few months, Microsoft executives have been predicting the release of the next generation of Windows, and some people have even described it as the new version of Windows recently. Last week, Microsoft also previewed Windows 11 in an 11-minute video. Below you can check the complete screenshots.
