iOS version of YouTube will finally usher in picture-in-picture feature

According to a MacRumors report, the iOS version of YouTube is about to update the picture-in-picture feature and allow all users to use the feature, including paid and non-paying users. YouTube said in a statement to MacRumors that the picture-in-picture feature is currently being rolled out to premium members of the iOS version and will be widely promoted to all iOS users in the near future.

The picture-in-picture feature allows users to watch videos in a small analog player, while users can also browse the content of other applications on their mobile phones. Some users have previously implemented the picture-in-picture feature in the iOS system through a workaround.

This method changed the built-in parameter of disabling picture-in-picture on the YouTube website, and then used the Safari browser to open the YouTube video, but With the official launch of the picture-in-picture function, such workarounds will no longer be needed.
