Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 passed BIS and FCC certification

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has recently passed the certification of the Indian regulatory agency BIS and the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), confirming that this opportunity supports the S Pen stylus.

The FCC certification document also mentions that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has the feature of a digital drawing board and operates with the S Pen through inductive coupling. However, it is still unclear whether the S Pen is included in the package or it needs to be purchased additionally like the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Although the BIS does not reveal much valuable information, the FCC certification documents still provide some interesting information. First of all, the machine supports 5G (including mmWave and sub-6Hz), 4G LTE, CDMA, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, NFC and UWB. In addition, the machine will become the first foldable phone that supports S Pen, and supports 9W Qi wireless charging and reverse charging.

Fold 3 is expected to bring a 6.2-inch external display and a 7.5-inch internal display; it is said that both screens have a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification. In addition, this phone is said to have a Snapdragon 888/Exynos 2100 chipset, 12/16GB of memory and 256/512GB of storage space, and has an IP rating.

This phone may also be equipped with a 16 million pixel under-screen camera, a 10MP front camera on the cover, and a rear 12 million + 12MP + 12MP three-camera setup.
