It was revealed that the code name of the OnePlus 9 RT is “Martin” and will be released on October 13.

The GeekBench benchmark website shows that the OnePlus 9 RT is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 flagship processor, while the previous generation OnePlus 9R is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 flagship processor.
