Samsung’s Bixby voice assistant landed on Windows 11 platform

Samsung recently announced that the Bixby voice assistant will land on Windows 11. Bixby will be pre-installed in the upgraded Galaxy Book, and users can search for files or launch applications just by using voice commands. Samsung hopes that users can discover the magic of Bixby and give up any other assistants they may have on their devices, such as Cortana, especially because it also provides SmartThings-related features.

Samsung said in an announcement:

In order to make your device more mobile, Samsung launched Bixby on Windows for Galaxy Book users, providing you with an intuitive way to interact with your PC. With simple voice commands, you can search for files, open applications and settings, and even control devices in the SmartThings registered device ecosystem.

Just say Hi Bixby or press CTRL+Shift+B or FN+B at the same time to activate the Bixby on Windows function, and enjoy easy installation by visiting the Microsoft Store or searching for Bixby in the Windows taskbar.
