As can be seen from the GIF animation, this function will be used in the page information drop-down menu, although it may be moved to other places in the future. Most importantly, Chrome will remember the zoom level and use it automatically the next time you visit the same page.

This feature has appeared in Chrome Canary, you need to enable the flag Accessibility Page Zoom. Google’s move is to resolve Issue 645717: Switching accessibility font scale factors to use page zoom instead of text auto-adjustment.

Automatic text adjustment is a function to increase the text size of non-mobile (also known as desktop) pages on the Android system. Chrome accessible font scale factor (Settings -> Accessibility -> Font Scale Factor) is an accessibility feature used to increase the font size everywhere.

Currently, the accessible font scale factor is incorporated into the automatic text generator, which applies non-moving text resizing together with an additional accessibility multiplier. Google said that accessibility features should be moved out of the automatic text generator and instead rely on page zoom.
