The WhatsApp development team is integrating the possibility of evaluating messages received from business accounts, as can be seen from the image below. Once available – the function is currently in rollout -, with this function each user can evaluate a message received from a business account by tapping on the appropriate Rate item – Evaluate, in Italian – from the panel that can be activated with a long press on a message received.
From the information available, the integrated function in WhatsApp beta version 2.21.22.7 makes your feedback completely anonymous; WhatsApp together with the business account holder can only access the general list of feedbacks released by users, but they have no way of finding out the name (and account) of the person who left the evaluation. This feature will serve as a metric for business accounts to gauge the liking of a particular advertising campaign or chat support service.
