Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro are available for purchase in different markets, while in Italy we will have to wait until the first months of 2022: one of the reasons behind this “limited” launch should be the number of stocks, given what is happening in the various Google Stores especially to the more expensive model.

We do not know if Google Pixel 6 Pro is the most requested model (and to what extent) or if the latter’s stocks are only lower than those of Google Pixel 6, but the fact is that being able to buy the Big G flagship it is increasingly difficult at the moment, even in countries where it is officially on sale.
The Mountain View home has started putting users on a waiting list and in some cases is delaying shipments. On the US Google Store you can read the following banner:
Due to high demand, some Pixel 6 Pro models may be out of stock or have long delivery times.

Asked by colleagues at The Verge, Google commented on the following:
The banner on the page dedicated to the Pro on the Google Store is still true, some models of the Pro are sold out. As we work to make them available, customers can check with our authorized partners as long as stocks last.
In practice, Google’s suggestion is to contact other authorized stores to buy the Google Pixel 6 Pro that is difficult to find on the Google Store itself, especially in the Unlocked versions. Next to the banner, it is possible to choose whether to join the waiting list or view the retailers. Google Pixel 6 does not seem to have all these problems for now, even if not all variants are available for purchase in the various official online stores.
