2.7.2 PTR will be implemented on Thursday, November 4. During this period, there may be regular maintenance, outages, patches, or small patches. There will be 3 unique PTR buffs activated to help your journey: increase the legendary drop rate (20 times), increase the experience gain (300%) and double the drop of blood shards.
You can also buy new equipment from the special PTR supplier Djank Mi’em for testing. You can exchange blood rock fragments for a class-specific bag full of legendary items from him. New-Season Theme:
Season 25 introduced a new type of insertable item called Soul Shards. Nephitian can find 7 unique soul fragments, based on the king of hell, giving players new powers of demons. Among them, one of the three main evil (Prime Evil) soul shards can be equipped on the helmet, and one of the four lesser evil (Lesser Evil) soul shards can be equipped on the weapon. Each soul shard can be upgraded 3 times with the new seasonal exclusive consumable Hellforge Ember.
- Soul Shards and Hellforge Ember can be dropped from anywhere in the shelter, but Soul Shards have a higher chance of falling from the boss.
- Soul Shards cannot be traded, but they can be salvaged or used in the despair of Khadshan.
- You can only equip one primary evil soul shard and one secondary evil soul shard at a time.
- Soul Shards and Hellforge Ember are only dropped during the season game and will not be transferred to your non-season character at the end of the season.

Players who complete the 25th season of the Guardian Journey will receive two unique new rewards, an avatar frame and a pet. Please note that reward content will not be provided during PTR 2.7.2.
