However, Samsung did not announce this product for a whole month, and it was later rumored that it would be announced in January next year, which is only one month away from the customary release time of the next-generation flagship S22.
Although the design of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has been disclosed for a long time, it has not been officially proven until now. Until today, Jermaine Smit, also known as the Dutch Concept Creator, has managed to get the model on the back of the Galaxy S21 FE. On YouTube, Jermaine posted a hands-on experience video where he introduced the design and expected features in more detail.
In the YouTube video below, the device is grayed out. It is expected that the new fan edition will have at least four colors: gray, white, light purple, and light green. There may be a fifth type, the blue model. Currently, there is no camera in the sample in Jermain’s hands. From the published pictures, you can already see the design and size of the camera. Galaxy S21 FE will be equipped with a three-camera module. It is expected that it will consist of a 32-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera. At this time, the flash will be placed outside the protrusion of the camera module, and the color will be the same as the body, which is obviously different from the Galaxy S20 FE.

The Galaxy S21 FE version will use a 6.4-inch AM OLED display with a resolution of FHD+ and a refresh rate of 120Hz. In terms of display size, it is positioned between the basic type and the Plus type. The phone will also be equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Like S21, S21 FE will also use a plastic backplane, and will also have dust and water resistance.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will run on the Android 11 operating system, combined with the One UI 3 user interface. This smartphone uses the same chip as other S21 models. In Europe, Samsung Exynos 2100 SoC will be used, and in many other parts of the world, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 will be used. It is speculated that Galaxy S21 FE will provide two memory versions: 6GB RAM/128GB ROM and 8GB RAM/256GB ROM. Unlike its predecessors, S21 FE will not support a microSD memory card slot.
Regarding the battery, it is expected that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will be equipped with a 4370 mAh battery, which is likely to provide a similar battery life to the 5000 mAh battery in the 6.5-inch Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. The new FE version may be officially announced by Samsung on January 11, 2022. The new model will go on sale soon after its launch.
