Notification light is an application that compensates for the lack of a notification LED on the smartphones of the Google Pixel range by emulating the functionality through a luminous element on the display.
The tool provides different styles of notification light by offering the ability to display it around the camera cutout, the edges of the screen, or even simulating a bright spot similar to the classic notification LED in the status bar.

Since the notification light is integrated into the Google Pixel Always On Display, the app has a minimal impact on the smartphone’s battery, it is also able to activate the AOD only on notifications and to show the notification led too. without the Always On Display.

Finally, the notification preview function allows you to see directly if there are important notifications without reactivating the smartphone. Currently, the app is compatible with Google Pixel 6, Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a, but other models are in the testing phase.
Notification light is available for Android free of charge supported by optional in-app purchases, but at the moment it is still under development so it may have some bugs.
