Galaxy Note 10/Note 10+ getting One UI 4 beta update in South Korea

According to the latest information, Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 4.0 beta update for the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ users in South Korea. The owners of both these devices can now register for the One UI 4.0 public beta through the Samsung Members app and subsequently get the update prompt.

On the following screen, tap on the enroll button and then wait a few minutes for the app to process your enrollment.
