The new Galaxy S21 FE is now in the pipeline but, although every aspect of the next exponent of the S21 series is known by now, it seems that there is still room for further last-minute rumors. The source of the latest rumors is none other than Sammobile, a portal very close to everything that happens in the orbit of the South Korean house, and concerns the S21 FE software, more precisely the version of the Android operating system with which it will be marketed.
Within his article that takes stock of the known specifications of the smartphone, the site suggests that it is aware of the fact that Galaxy S21 FE will arrive on the market with Android 12 as standard, therefore also with the latest version of the One UI 4.
This is a very important detail, as it marks a significant change of pace that would see Samsung bring on the market an S21 FE aligned with the latest software release currently available on the S21, originally released with Android 11.
This means that, based on Samsung’s policies dedicated to updates, the new S21 FE could receive one more update than its siblings, thus coming to see Android 15 before moving on to receiving only the security patches.

The rest of the Sammobile piece is nothing more than a summary of the specifications that we already know very well, starting with the fact that the smartphone will be equipped with the SoCs already seen on the S21 (therefore Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100) and will make use of a glass protective Gorilla Glass Victus. For the rest we are not talking about a revolutionary update compared to what its predecessor proposed ( at the center of important promotions in these hours ) and it seems that even the price should not be too different, despite the first rumors indicating otherwise.
