Google Pay receives a small but very useful news

The profound overhaul of the Google Pay app has brought design changes but also UI quirks and now, after fixing some last month, Google has remedied another senseless choice. After too long a wait, in fact, the search engine giant has finally added a search bar in the Google Pay tab dedicated to rewards and offers.

The card in question includes a slew of cashback offers, rewards for referrals and so on, often in fact it is Google itself that organizes events in which it offers various rewards. The fact that, with one of the recent updates of the Google Pay app, a search bar has been introduced may seem trivial, but it is undoubtedly relevant in terms of the user experience: now users can easily find a certain offer or reward, avoiding boring endless scrolls; previously the only hope was that Big G had positioned the desired one at the top.

With this new addition, just to say, users about to make a purchase will be able to check on the fly on Google Pay the possible availability of any offers at that retailer.

Having to find ourselves talking about Google, which makes research its daily bread, for such a small addition it seems paradoxical, but on the other hand, if you think about it, we had to wait until Android 12 (here is our proof of the stable version ) to get a search bar for widgets.
