Most of this feedback is related to third-party Apple Watch chargers. After the upgrade, users found that these devices can no longer charge Series 7.

There are reports of multiple third-party chargers, and this seems to be a broad issue affecting several different models, rather than a few select chargers. Many complaints are about cheap third-party chargers from Amazon, and there are fewer reports about the unavailability of brands such as Belkin.
In many cases, the Apple Watch will charge for a few minutes, and then the charging will suddenly stop. Restarting the Apple Watch can help start charging, but for most people, this does not seem to be a permanent solution, and charging problems will recur.
