MIUI 13 was introduced in China on December 28. While MIUI 13 Global users were thinking about when MIUI 13 Global will come to Global devices, Xiaomi released it! Xiaomi users meet with MIUI 13 today. After a few hours of the introduction of MIUI 13, Xiaomi releases MIUI 13 Global rollout plan.
Xiaomi will release the MIUI 13 update to all devices that will receive the Android 12 update. But some devices will get MIUI 13 earlier. Some devices will also get Android 11 based MIUI13 updates. Here is the list of those devices.
MIUI 13 Global First Batch Updates
The MIUI 13 update will come to these devices in Q1 starting in January. All of these devices will have the Android 12-based MIUI 13 update. This means that these devices will have all MIUI 13 features. The reason why there are a few of some devices in this list is that the same devices have different names in the Indian and Global market. This means that we are faced with a list adjusted by region.

The devices listed here will start receiving MIUI 13 updates starting from January. Then, as you can imagine, Mi 10 and Redmi Note 9 series will start receiving MIUI 13 updates. The MIUI 13 update has added many innovations on top of MIUI 12 in terms of performance and security. Features such as better security controls, faster animations, better optimized system, better RAM usage make MIUI 13 the most successful interface in terms of performance. Old phones that will receive the MIUI 13 update are very lucky.
Although there is no visual difference with MIUI 12.5 Enhanced, there is an increase of up to 30% in terms of performance. The MIUI 13 Beta update has been released to 33 devices. You can download the MIUI 13 update files of these devices via the MIUI Downloader application. Currently, only China MIUI has this version. Therefore, you do not have a chance to use the system other than English and Chinese. However, there will be a post soon on how you can add other languages.
