Xiaomi has unveiled its MIUI 13 skin in both Chinese and global markets. Only the Indian launch of the skin is left and fans are expecting the brand to announce its all-new MIUI 13 skin in India. The company is also holding a virtual launch event in India on February 9th, 2022 to launch its Redmi Note 11, Note 11S and Redmi Smart Band Pro devices.
MIUI 13 Teased in India; Launching Tomorrow
The official Twitter handle of Xiaomi India has teased its forthcoming MIUI 13 skin. The company has confirmed that they will launch their new MIUI 13 skin in India on February 3rd, 2022 at 12:00 PM IST.
At the moment, none of the devices in India has grabbed the MIUI 13 update, neither in Beta nor in the stable. While some devices in China have already started grabbing stable updates and few devices in the global markets have also started grabbing the update.
As for the MIUI 13 features, it is completely focused on stability, privacy and the overall user experience of the user. The company claims that they have optimized the UI from the core, and that’s why there are not any major overhauls in the UI. However, the updated UI does bring some iOS-inspired widget supports, a new quantum animation engine, new privacy-based features and much more.

The ‘focused algorithm’ in the company’s new skin dynamically distributes system resources according to usage. It prioritizes the active app, allowing the CPU to concentrate on more vital activities. Xiaomi claims to provide quicker speeds and greater performance.
Atomised Memory examines how apps use RAM and closes non-essential operations, resulting in improved efficiency. Some devices like Redmi Note 10 Pro have already started getting the MIUI 13 update globally. The India rollout plan will be announced by the company at the launch event itself.
